Cure for Widow's Peak Enters Clinical TrialsMay 10th, 2005
PHILADELPHIA -- A new treatment for Widow's peak has received FDA approval for clinical trials, drug maker GlaxoSmithKline announced today.
Prominent sufferer Lance Armstrong was exultant on the news. "Widow's peak is a condition that affects millions of Americans," the cyclist said at a conference. "Now we're one step closer to relief." The cure is expected to be a major profit center for GlaxoSmithKline if approved.
