MODESTO, CA -- "Guilty as charged!" declared controversial widower Scott Peterson in an interview on Wednsday. "There's no denying the circumstances."
    At one dramatic point he was quoted as saying: "I have to come out in the open and admit the truth: I really do love chocolate, and many of its related byproducts."
    Peterson lawyer Mark Geragos is also handling Michael Jackson's high-profile coffee and scones case.
