Firm "Discovers" 90 Million Smallpox Vaccines In Its Vault

SWIFTWATER, PA -- A French-owned pharmaceutical company said it stumbled upon 75 to 90 million doses of the smallpox vaccine in its storage facilities, many times the size of the current US stockpile of 15 million doses. The doses had been stored frozen for more than 30 years, apparently forgotten by the company and the US government.
"Wouldn't our faces be red if there was a bioterrorist attack?" said Richard J. Markham, CEO. "That would be so funny."
