The Daily Sedative was founded over 50 years ago and was praised as one of the most award-winning, cost-cutting publications of its day. Unfortunately, all records from that time have been lost. All electronic material burned rapidly as the server circuit boards were not properly heat-sinked. Suspiciously all but one contract author disappeared near this date as well.
Nobly The Daily Sedative lives on, reborn on March 12, 2001.

Hammering this file would be especially pointless because this site is not updated more than once every 24 hours, on average. So don't do it.
Also it would be nice if people would use RSS readers that implement HTTP conditional get requests, or gzip or deflate compression. Not that we expect you to know what that means. It's just an observation.
